Hungary, with a population of approximately 9.7 million (2023), is a central European nation renowned for its rich cultural heritage and strategic economic position. The economy is characterized by a diverse mix of services, manufacturing, and agriculture. Hungary has a well-developed manufacturing sector, particularly in automotive, electronics, and pharmaceuticals, with significant foreign direct investment fueling growth. The services sector, especially tourism, also plays a crucial role, as visitors flock to its historic cities and thermal baths. With a GDP estimated at around $200 billion and a per capita income of approximately $20,000 (2023), Hungary continues to attract international business, leveraging its skilled workforce and competitive advantages. Its central location in Europe facilitates trade with neighboring countries and enhances its economic connectivity.   

The Hungarian government and business community can collaborate with the World Business Center to foster innovation, promote sustainable practices in industry, and strengthen international trade relationships for comprehensive economic development.
