Lithuania, with a population of approximately 2.8 million (2023), is a Baltic nation recognized for its rich history and dynamic economy. The economy is characterized by a diverse range of sectors, including services, manufacturing, and agriculture. The services sector, particularly finance, information technology, and tourism, plays a significant role in economic growth, with a burgeoning tech scene that has positioned Lithuania as a startup hub in Europe. The manufacturing sector is also robust, encompassing industries such as machinery, textiles, and food processing. With a GDP estimated at around $60 billion and a per capita income of approximately $22,000 (2023), Lithuania continues to advance towards greater economic stability and integration within the European Union. Its strategic location enhances trade opportunities, connecting Eastern and Western markets.
