The Internationalization Epicenter

MALI

Mali, with a population of around 22 million and a GDP of approximately $20 billion in 2023, is heavily dependent on agriculture and mining.

The per capita income is about $900. Key exports include gold and cotton. The government is focusing on developing its mining sector and improving infrastructure.

Despite challenges related to political instability and poverty, there are opportunities for foreign direct investment (FDI) in mining and agriculture, supported by recent economic reforms.
